The Rickaby property consists of high grade gold bearing quartz veins with the potential for a volcanogenic massive sulphide deposit located in the Rickaby and Elmherst townships in northwestern Ontario.

Exploration Results
The Rickaby property contains 5584 ha or 349 claim units within the Geraldton-Beardmore Greenstone Belt.
Gold was mined around the project area in the 1930's on the Orphan Mine. A total of 2460 oz of gold was mined with an average grade of 0.70 oz/ton including 1558 oz of silver with an average grade of 0.44oz/ton (Ontario Geological Report OFR5630, and references there in).
Rickaby was previously explored by Phelps Dodge, Noranda and Shoshoni Gold, with a combined total of 62 drill holes all targeting quartz veins. Previous drill results include 0.46oz/ton Au over 15ft.
The Rickaby project adjoins Kodiak's Hercules property. Recent work by Kodiak Exploration on similar veins on their Hercules property has shown the veins at Hercules to be high grade and extensive laterally and down dip. Drill hole highlights from their Central Golden Mile include hole HR07-65 which intersected 2.9 m grading 203 g/t Au (5.92 oz/t) and hole HR07-51 which intersected 3.6 m grading 358.56 g/t Au (10.46 oz/t) (

Proposed Exploration
Phase One - $325,000
Phase one will consist of diamond drilling on the Orphan and the New (Big Brother) veins to determine their grade, lateral and down-dip extent, to explore for mafic intrusions and new veins in the Kaby Lake stock and to conduct a TDEM survey on the Kenty (KRK) zone.
Phase Two - $425,000
Phase two would entail more drilling; with step-out and deeper drill holes on the Orphan/New vein system, deeper drill holes on the Kenty zone geophysical target and to drill test new gold vein targets.
