Roger Blair
Position: President, Director

Mr. Blair has over 12 years experience in managing, financing and developing small to medium sized companies in Canada and the United States. Mr. Blair began his career in investor relations, assuming responsibility for investor and shareholder relations and corporate development, most recently at Rolling Rock Resources (TSX-V: "RLL"). Prior to joining Highland Resources, he implemented the design and progression of various investor relations departments at Rolling Rock Resources, Klondex Mines Ltd. and Starcore International Ventures Ltd., two mining companies which are now listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

 
Gary Arca, CA
Position: Chief Financial Officer, Director

Mr. Arca is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1980. Mr. Arca was a partner with two separate public accounting firms from 1996 to December 2005. Mr. Arca has extensive experience dealing with public companies and, since 2005, has served as a director of many publicly traded resource companies.

 
Robert Eadie
Position: Director

In the past 15 years, Mr. Eadie has been actively involved in public resource companies raising over 50 million dollars for various exploration and development projects around the world. Over the years, Mr. Eadie has built an impressive network of contacts in Europe, North America and Asia and has established a reputation as the catalyst behind various successful start-up resource companies. He brings extensive marketing and public relations expertise to the board and makes executive decisions based on long term sustainable growth.

Mr. Eadie is a predominant business figure, family man and compassionate community member. Mr. Eadie's unique past experience as a private business owner reflects his down-to earth approach to business and dedication to company growth.

 
Ken Sumanik, M.Sc.
Position: Director

Mr. Sumanik is a professional biologist and specialist in environmental mining issues. From 1989 to 1999, he was Vice-President of Environment and Land Use for the Mining Association of British Columbia and then served as Assistant to the Minister for Mining in British Columbia until he joined the Company in October 2002.

 
David J. Salmon
Position: Vice President, Western Canada

David is responsible for the business development of Laurel Hill's strategic shareholder solutions and corporate governance consulting services for public companies and advises clients on shareholder strategies related to hostile and friendly acquisitions, proxy contests, and corporate governance issues.

David brings over 15 years of financial services experience to Laurel Hill, including senior roles in sales and marketing, business development and management. Over the past 12 years David held progressively senior roles for a shareholder communications company culminating in the role of Vice President, Business Development. During this time, David directly provided consulting and insight on contentious and non-contentious shareholder meetings, solicited and unsolicited tender offers, and corporate governance issues, including the $14.5billion acquisition of Fording by Teck Resources. .

Previously, David spent over 5 years gaining significant business development and sales management experience in the retail banking industry with Bank of Montreal and Toronto-Dominion Bank.

David graduated from the University of Toronto in 1995 with a major in Economics and subsequently completed the Canadian Securities course in 1997. David is a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute and the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries.
